135137-01 Bently Nevada Position I/O Module


135137-01 has many advantages over traditional block, modular terminal strips, or socket I/O products. If the relay fails or needs to be replaced, these products require several hours of wiring and potential downtime. The interface provides a modular solution and a universal socket, allowing different voltages of input and output relays to be positioned on DIN tracks and replaced separately as needed. The relay also has a built-in surge suppressor, eliminating the need to specify separate relays for AC and DC applications. The module is an industrial grade plug-in relay with sturdy blade terminals that are not easily bent or broken, and has push test and pull lock locks for fault free testing.

In addition, the surface label of the relay includes its electrical configuration, voltage range, and wiring diagram for easy maintenance and effective control of the system. The relay also has dual status indicators, including an LED navigation light and a mechanical emblem, to display the output clearly at a glance. AMCI’s programmable limit switch module receives axis position feedback and control outputs based on the position of the solver, programmed up/down SETT points, program speed compensation values, and no processor intervention.

135137-01 combines independent parsing techniques and PLC communication into a plugin module. These fully programmable modules have 1 to 4 parser inputs, providing absolute position, tachometer, and fault diagnosis data for single and multi turn applications. To provide absolute position and velocity data for programmable controllers, AMCI’s linear displacement sensor interface module is a direct connection between BALUff and MTS linear displacement sensors (LDS), with start/stop or pressure wave M output. These modules provide direct connections for most sensors that output SSI data. Programmable features include clock frequency, data type, position preset, counting direction, and data scaling.
