The acquisition of indicator diagrams requires obtaining load and displacement data on the light rod. Many manufacturers install angular displacement sensors at the support points of the pumping unit bracket, load sensors on the light rod between the square clip and the suspension rope, and connect the angular displacement and load sensors with signal wires. This makes it difficult to ensure reliability due to the continuous movement of the donkey head, the influence of natural conditions such as wind and sand.
