133442-01 integrates network connectivity and expansion capabilities, providing a modern and universal SSI feedback solution for any PLC based system. This module can be extended to 6 2-channel modules, allowing users to use a single network connection interface with up to 12 SSI sensors. This interface program is compatible with most gray code or binary SSI sensors, including rotary encoders, linear sensors, barcode readers, and laser distance sensors, through the host controller’s (PLC) software. The interface functions of this module include: direct interface to most gray code or binary SSI sensors; Built in network interface; Simplify the scaling position of sensor data; Lock input to provide “snapshot” data capture; Supports up to 12 SSI sensors on a single network connection; Simple programming without additional software; Rail installation. Each visual 430 model of the module provides an onboard I/O configuration, including digitization, high-speed, and analog I/OS, as well as temperature and weight measurement options. The expansion module enables local and remote I/O up to 1000 meters, making Visual 430 a cost-effective solution for applications up to 512 I/OS.

133442-01 communicates with the host controller (PLC or PC) through a network. This interface, due to its flexible design, meets a wide range of applications. It is easy to install on standard DIN rails, simplifying installation and reducing costs. Ane2 is compatible with any PLC that supports the product’s available network, as it is programmed using input/output registers in the host controller. No additional software is required to use programmable control programs/computer-aided control program interfaces. Users can choose to use AMCI’s convenient PC based network configurator software (free download) to configure and test Ane2. By stacking more units on the gateway, any I/O module can easily expand from 1 to 6, and all communication only requires a single network connection. This solution supports up to 12 SSI sensors on a single network connection, reducing physical wiring and streaming data traffic on the network. Provide a 4.3-inch color touch screen for a clear and simple operator interface. The touch screen and five function keys are placed in a flat fascia unit with an IP66/IP65/NMA4X rating, making the visual 430 a good fit for industrial spray requirements.
