03ZSTL6-00-201-RS is based on the same drive technology as before, MotionChip, which reduces the time required to assemble the machine by changing from screw-type contacts to simple pins. System integrators can now easily design clean PCBs that hold all the components and get rid of all the cables.The PIM2043 controls DC, brushless, linear and stepper motors up to 75W (24V, 3A) and embeds motion control, drive and PLC functions into an open frame unit. The drive is programmable in EasyMotion Studio using Technosoft Motion Language (TML) and graphical tools. It is most valuable in systems with distributed intelligence, where motion application tasks are divided between the master and the drive. Its embedded motion controllers provide the same high-level motion language for all motors, allowing users to clearly understand their technical differences. Complex motion sequences can be programmed directly on the drive, while system control functions are handled by the supervisory PC/PLC. Motion modes such as contouring, profiling, gearing, electronic cams, PVT, etc. can be easily executed in stand-alone or multi-axis operation. Typical feedback devices include incremental encoders, digital and linear Hall. Distributed control is accomplished via external adapters over CAN, CANopen, RS-232 networks, or Ethernet. C, C++, C#, Delphi, Visual Basic, Labview libraries, as well as the motion libraries for various PLCs can be quickly integrated into the application.

03ZSTL6-00-201-RS is suitable for ICOT applications and is used as an edge device to transmit data to cloud-based servers. It is capable of taking data from up to 20 HART or universal analogue input channels and 14 digital inputs, has two analogue outputs and up to 12 relay outputs, and makes its data available to the system and all major automation systems via a number of communication interfaces and protocols. Interfaces and protocols include 4-20mA HART, MOBUS/MOBUS Trade Agreement/IP, PROFIBUS Data Handling System, PROFIN, ProFFIN, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet Trade Agreement/IP, USB, RS-232B/RS485 and OPC. Through all these interfaces, MemoM communicates with PLCS, SCAD systems, distributed control systems, historians and cloud-based data structures. It also has an embedded web server that can be accessed by any web browser over the Internet once appropriate security procedures have been followed. The Memo M is mounted on a standard DIN rail, powered by 24VDC or 230VAC and protected by IP20. All connections on the front of the unit are designed to be plugged into screw or spring terminals, which are protected against reverse polarity in all cases. The spring terminals are unlocked with a slotted screwdriver. It offers 256MB of internal memory compliant with various legal directives, a 32GB SD card and a 32GB USB drive for tamper-proof data logging.
