2 Auxiliary air control
The auxiliary air is the main part of the secondary air, and its function is to maintain the differential pressure between the furnace pressure and the secondary air box pressure at the set value. The set value of the pressure difference between the air box/furnace is a function of the boiler load, represented by the primary pressure that reflects the size and trend of the load. The boiler auxiliary air control system is shown in Figure 2.
The auxiliary air control system is a single impulse multi output control system, as shown in Figure 2. There are two differential pressure signals between the air box and the furnace, including PT1503A and PT1503B. Through the SIGSEL selection block, the average value is taken to AUX_ PID controller, when the auxiliary air baffle main control operation station AUX_ When AOUT is in automatic mode, the control system performs proportional integral control based on the deviation between the set value of the air box/furnace pressure difference and the actual measured value of the air box/furnace pressure difference, outputs control commands, and controls the multi-layer auxiliary air baffles of the front and rear wall coal powder burners and the multi-layer auxiliary air baffles of the oil burner in parallel to maintain the differential pressure between the furnace and the secondary air box at the set value.
