Throughout 2009, the GE Fanuc intelligent platform has announced many enhanced, expanded, and supplemented solutions that extend the performance and value of the Proficy Plant Applications family. These measures include:
·The Proficiency Scheduler extends the Proficiency Plant Applications family to Limited Capacity Scheduling (FCS) to meet the optimization of materials and plans.
·The Proficy Maintenance Gateway 2.0 integrates a user maintenance system to ensure coordinated processing between maintenance and operations, and timely delivery of high-quality products.
·Proficy Plant Applications Dynamos of Proficy iFIX places the knowledge and information of Proficy Plant Applications at the fingertips of production operators.
·The enhanced Crew Scheduling capability and an updated Software development kit are designed to improve system availability.
·The overall Proficy SmartStart solution, combined with software for implementing services, improves the time value of users installing a new system.
