The types of cards include 15 channel universal AI cards, 12 channel AO cards, 32 channel DI cards, and 32 channel DO cards.
Control process
The production process includes control of raw material storage tanks, raw material metering, raw material ratio, reactor heating and heating, reactor vacuum, reactor cooling, and discharge metering. The objects that need to be controlled include storage tanks, raw material metering tanks, pump tank interlocking, reactor temperature and pressure control and interlocking, as well as frequency conversion control.
