Using the latest PPS (Proficy Process System) software, a total of two stations are set up, one is an engineer station (engineer station and operator station), and the other is an operator station and historical data station running Proficy Historian and software. The main function of the engineer station is to design, develop, and generate documents for process system control strategies, as well as visualize display screen configurations. The engineer station can also serve as an operator console. The operator station and historical data station are responsible for providing visual display screen, Run chart, PID panel and system alarm list as well as historical trend recording function. The operator can monitor and control the process controller and confirm the alarm. The operator station interface uses the HMI software Proficy HMI/SCADA – iFIX, which represents the latest technology today.
Controller section:
Adopting a pair of redundant PACSystems RX7i controllers, connected to the upper computer through Ethernet. The PACSystems RX7i controller provided by GE is a leading high-performance controller in the industry. The main frequency is up to 600MB, the user memory is up to 64MB, the data synchronization rate is up to 2.12G Baud, and each scanning cycle is synchronized twice. The master and slave controllers can truly achieve undisturbed switching. The control logic configuration meets the requirements of IEC 61131 (LD, FBD, IL, and SFC). Adopting VME backplane and capable of supporting third-party intelligent modules. Supports high-speed redundancy, with the standby controller waiting in the hot standby state as the mirror of the main controller. Support 100Mbps EGD Ethernet I/O protocol for communication between subsystem controllers and system visualization software.
