The system has high reliability, strong stability, friendly human-machine interface, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and easy upgrade requirements. Drawing on previous experience in coal mine automation integration, the current advanced software and hardware equipment are selected, and leading mature technology is adopted to ensure the safe, reliable, and stable operation of the entire system. More than thirty subsystems are centrally monitored in the dispatch center.
The software that uses GE products and assumes core functional support in the system includes: GE Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX software, real-time historical database Proficy Historian software, and real-time information portal Proficy Portal software.
2.1 GE Proficy HMI/SCADA – iFIX software
Implement device level data collection and instruction transmission, as well as human-machine interface operation interface based on the GE Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX suite. Including:
·IFIX Professional SCADA Unlimited Server Ver 4.0 Chinese: Deployed on 2 pairs of redundant I/O servers, responsible for system wide data communication and core SCADA work. It can provide unlimited process databases and unlimited client software connections.
