SST-PB3-CLX builds up closely related and physically meaningful engineering object models, collaborative engineering control strategies and display operation panels, realizing intuitive image and efficient and stable control engineering design and programming. Through inheritance, derivation, reuse and refactoring mechanisms, it significantly improves the efficiency of project engineering design and programming development; the control engineering industry algorithm library has both the universality and specificity of specific automation application industries, and it will be released in the form of control engineering industry algorithm packages on a regular basis, so that terminals can easily have them by simply loading them.

SST-PB3-CLX identifies the quality status of the data, combined with the hardware redundancy status, covering channel failure, sampling deviation, range overrun, network status and other information to ensure the reliability and availability of real-time data, and improves the security of the data references; at the same time, it supports the quality stamp and real-time value of the historical records and memories of the analysis, and supports the encapsulation, derivation, and reuse of control algorithms, realizing the offline control algorithm. It supports encapsulation, derivation and multiplexing of control algorithms, realizes offline configuration, online configuration, offline simulation and online debugging of control algorithms, and improves programming efficiency.

SST-PB3-CLX provides distributed algorithm scheduling technology based on algorithm block encapsulation and data-driven, event-triggered, and conforms to the IEC61131-3 standard control programming language, which integrates logic control, motion control, and process control, and develops and realizes graphical programming (function block diagram FBD, ladder diagram LD, and smooth control language SFC) and textual programming (structure text ST, instruction table IL) and multi-programming. The integrated development environment supports graphical programming (function block diagram FBD, ladder diagram LD, smooth control language SFC) and textual programming (structure text ST, instruction list IL), as well as multi-language programming.
