SHINKAWA MP-2W2 realises the automatic control of high-voltage motor type test. The system uses the configuration king software and Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control system, can complete the inspection of high-voltage motor general performance items, and the system has a good man-machine interface, easy to operate, simple structure, and can be applied to a high-power type motor test station computer automatic test system, effectively improve the degree of automation of the motor test, so that the test data is more objective and accurate, and conducive to a better detection of the Motor performance.

SHINKAWA MP-2W2 maintains no-load operation at rated voltage and rated frequency until the mechanical loss is stable. Judge the mechanical loss of stable standards are: input power half an hour apart, the difference between the two readings is not greater than 3% of the previous input power, in practice, generally determined by experience, for 1KW below the motor is generally running 15 ~ 30min, for 1 ~ 10KW motor is generally running 30 ~ 60min, for more than 10KW motor should be 60 ~ 90min.

SHINKAWA MP-2W2 adopts the accuracy of electrical measuring instruments should be not less than 0.5 level, the accuracy of three-phase wattmeter should be not less than 1.0 level, the accuracy of the transformer should be not less than 0.2 level, the accuracy of the power transmitter should be not less than 0.5% level (should be not less than 1% during the inspection and test), the accuracy of the digital rotational speed measuring instrument and the accuracy of the rotational rate measuring instrument should be not less than 0.1% ± 1 word, the accuracy of the torque measuring instrument should be not less than 0.1% ± 1 word, and the accuracy of the torque measuring instrument should be not less than 0.5% ± 1 word. 1 word, the accuracy of torque measuring instrument and dynamometer shall be not less than 1% (the measured efficiency shall be not less than 0.5%).
