Description
T8451 Industrial automation control system
T8451 fully adopts the monitoring mode of control centre and field cooperation. When on-site manual is selected, the motor is operated manually controlled by the site; when remote automatic is selected, the motor is operated under the control commands issued by the control centre, which are transmitted to the PLC control station on the site through the optical fibre ring network to realise the starting and stopping of the equipment in accordance with the actual control program in the controller. Practice has proved that the system runs reliably and has a high degree of automation.
T8451 becomes an important part of industrial automation control system. Baosteel raw material yard is a large-scale integrated raw material processing system, the entire integrated yard covers an area of about 6 square kilometres. To ensure the normal operation of a large-scale modern iron and steel enterprises, we must first ensure the normal, stable and efficient supply of raw materials. Baosteel raw material yard process is complex, equipment, long distance, the main production equipment in the raw material yard are: belt conveyor, stacker, reclaimer, with bucket door machine, disc feeder, unloader, mobile trolley and so on. The main systems of input, mixing, batching and output are formed by these equipments.
T8451 transport system consists of belt conveyor to form a complex transport network with complicated process flow. In order to improve the efficiency of the equipment, stable supply of materials to the blast furnace and sintering, it is necessary to realise the automatic control of raw material handling operations. Since there are many equipments in the whole material yard, the control system is divided into 11 control stations (electromagnetic stations) according to the distribution principle of on-site electrics, which control the mixing system, unloading system, ore and coke screening system, raw material input system, raw material output system, and various equipments of the dust removal system respectively. Each control station adopts a redundant PLC control system and communicates with the central dispatching office through a double-layer dual fibre-optic ring network to monitor and control the equipment.
