SPHSS03 Microcontroller Communication Programme


SPHSS03 In the process of data communication between microcontroller and PC, each communication is sent by the corresponding PC to send command data frames, the function of microcontroller communication program is to receive the command characters sent by PC through the serial port polling and analyse and judge the characters to determine which PC is connected with which PLC, and then send out the online control signal to the corresponding switch chip of both of them to make the chip conductive, so that the PC and the selected PLC are connected for debugging and send back the allowed online signal to the PC. When the PLC is not occupied, then the software sends out an online control signal to the corresponding switch chip, so that the chip conducts, so that the PC and the selected PLC online debugging, and send back to the PC to allow online signal. Once the PLC has been occupied, it will send back the resource occupation signal to the PC and suspend the online.

The electric actuator of SPHSS03 has the features of simple use, saving investment, etc., and has been widely used in the production process control system in the fields of electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, and light industry. China’s electric actuators and servo amplifiers are unified design in the 1960s, and there has been no major innovation in technology for more than 30 years. This kind of electric actuator control ability is poor, maintenance, connecting cable, difficult to meet the needs of China’s industrial automation level.

SPHSS03 electric actuator supporting servo amplifier is usually composed of input isolation amplifier circuit, comparison, trigger circuit and power output circuit. The input is generally isolated by a coil, and then amplified by a magnetic amplifier; the comparison circuit is generally composed of discrete components of the voltage comparator, the trigger circuit is triggered by the Tachyon oscillation trigger circuit, its stability and reliability are poor; power output circuit is a silicon controlled output circuit, the servomotor speed is fixed, the output positioning effect is poor.
