DAPU100 3ASC25H204 is responsible for the production measurement of several oil wells. Through the metering station on the oil well production measurement, can be timely and accurate understanding of each well’s working condition, at the same time for the oilfield geological department to provide reservoir engineering information. However, at present, the metering station of many oilfields in China still adopts manual metering method, which is of great labour intensity, low efficiency, and the number of times of manual metering is small, the time is short, and the representativeness of the metering results is poor.

DAPU100 3ASC25H204 to achieve the automation of metering, improve the efficiency and accuracy of metering, more and more PLC and HMI (human-machine interface) are used in the automatic control system of metering station. Among them, PLC is installed in the metering station, used to achieve the daily automatic measurement and metering data transmission; and HMI can be placed in the metering station, directly receive PLC data, real-time display, and automatically record the generation of relevant reports, and will be transmitted to the plant general control room and so on; can also be directly by the PLC through the wireless transmission of metering-related information and data sent to the plant’s general control room in the general control room of the HMI to carry out Real-time monitoring, to achieve unattended.

DAPU100 3ASC25H204 metering station can realise the metering work of 11 oil wells through the separator. When a well needs to be metered, the corresponding three-way valve is cut to the metering position, the well feeds liquid into the separator, and according to the time required for the liquid level in the separator to rise from the lower limit to the upper limit, the well’s liquid production can be converted to the well’s production, and then according to the well’s oil samples for laboratory testing, the daily oil production can be obtained finally. Sequentially through the pilot valve, the separator into the liquid and discharge, can achieve the measurement of each oil well.
