Description
GE H201Ti Handheld Programmer
GE H201Ti is a Microsoft 32-bit based software package under Windows 95 or Windows NT. It offers every feature the user could wish for, such as a fully windowed and user-friendly interface, a flexible and easy-to-use editor, point-and-click access to input and output configurations, a powerful database editor, diagnostic and troubleshooting tools, and reliable communications. Thus RSLogix products have programming solutions for any level of developer.
The most important thing about the GE H201Ti is that RSLogix products are also fully compatible with programs generated by the previous MS-DOS-based Rockwell programming software, making cross-platform programs easy to convert and maintain. The RSLogix range is therefore ideally suited to modern programming. To test and debug the program before start-up and operation, the RSEmulate series of simulation software packages can be used to simulate one or more running SLC500 or PLC-5 processors (RSEmulate500 emulates the SLC500, RSEmulate5 emulates the PLC-5).
GE H201Ti emulation software is also a Microsoft Windows-based software package, which can be used for fault detection, ladder scanning options, serial device emulation, etc., in addition to emulating the SLC500 and PLC-5, making it very easy to use. For each series of Rockwell A-B PLCs, we can utilize different programming devices for programming through different communication methods. Common programming devices are personal computers (386 or above) and A-B specific programmers. We can program A-B PLCs one-to-one through the serial port of the programmer, or we can program multiple PLCs using a network: for example, programming a PLC-5 on the DH+ network.
