Description
FBMSVH Foxboro Servo card driver
According to incomplete statistics, the market share of imported FBMSVH brands in the domestic thermal power market for 300MW, 600MW, and 1000MW units is about 45%~50%, 80%, and 75%, respectively. Among them, when large-scale construction of 600MW units was carried out, the domestic brand DCS was not yet mature, so the market share of imported DCS for 600MW units was higher than that of 1000MW. Domestic brand DCS is mainly used in units of 300MW and below, accounting for about 50%, and units of 600MW and above account for 20% to 25%. Regardless of domestic or joint venture brand DCS, in terms of hardware, its core components such as central processing unit (CPU), analog-to-digital converter/digital to analog converter (ADC/DAC), microcontroller unit (MCU), field programmable gate array (FPGA), and gigabit physical interface transceiver (PHY) are all imported products, heavily relying on foreign manufacturers. In terms of software, both DCS upper computer and lower computer application software have independent intellectual property rights, but most of them are independently developed based on imported operating systems. DCS upper computer application software and fieldbus software are developed based on Windows systems. Key software such as embedded operating systems for controllers, desktop operating systems for upper computers, and databases must be authorized by foreign manufacturers.
At present, multiple manufacturers have gradually completed the localization replacement of components through independent controllable system research and development, device selection, testing, on-site trial, continuous screening and iteration, and the migration of control system software to the Linux platform, achieving full autonomy and controllability of the software. DCS distributed control system generally consists of five parts: controller; I/O board; Operation station; Communication network; Graphics and programming software. Controller: The controller of FBMSVH distributed control system mainly consists of CPU, ROM, RAM, E2PROM, address setting switch and other components. CPU is both a central processing unit and its main functions include program control, operation control, timing control, and data processing. It is the brain of the DCS controller; ROM, RAM, and E2PROM are all memory, with differences in functionality. ROM is read-only memory, RAM can be read and written randomly, while serial E2PROM is erasable and writable memory, depending on the function selection; There are many types of address setting switches, such as optical address setting switches, wireless remote control address setting switches, flow setting switches, etc. Depending on the function, choose different address switches.
