Description

810-370141-001 Lam Research ASSY PCB

810-370141-001 provides flexibility, stability, and reliability through a single cost-effective device. Based on the 1900 series, it provides the same measurement advantages and a series of new and enhanced operational functions, maximizing the flexibility of configuration and usage applications. In addition to fault and calibration history records, all devices provide relay functions that comply with NAMUR standards, allowing remote transmission of two concentration alarm levels and required maintenance, ongoing services, and instrument fault messages. The comprehensive Modbus protocol allows for remote communication and device inquiries through RS485, and Ethernet connections can also be selected. The automatic verification and calibration functions allow users to fully flexibly perform unmanned or remote operations, or generate maintenance and reliability plans using trend information. Stainless steel pipes, automatic range change, fixed background gas compensation, and measurement filtration are now standard configurations.

810-370141-001 introduces three design and implementation options, which not only greatly improve the standards of similar devices, but also provide potential cost savings in installation and operational performance. The fully heated sample chamber eliminates the requirement for sampling and conditioning systems for all samples with dew points up to 50 degrees Celsius. Among similar devices, sample adjustment failures account for up to 80%, which is the main cause of unplanned downtime. The design of the heated sample room reduces the risk of shutdown by removing the cooler, dryer, and other regulating devices. This design reduces operational costs as well as initial system and integration costs, making it particularly suitable for measuring “wet” gases. Its design concept – a unique flow sensor is placed after the measurement outlet, ensuring accurate flow alarm settings for all purposes, including safety applications. The last major innovation is the creation of an integrated pressure compensation system that not only compensates for atmospheric pressure, but also for changes in back pressure of the flare chimney, making it easy to meet emission compliance goals. Both flow sensors and pressure compensation system technologies are reported through the standard communication options of the instrument, providing all measurement and safety advantages without the need for additional equipment and expensive wiring installation
