42011-106-00 A01 ITC_VIOM_VIOC VER.A01 offers practical features in an easy-to-use, compact but expandable design. This series of miniature brick PLCSs with stackable I/O modules and free programming software is suitable for first-time users and experienced programmers. The unit has 8 inputs and 6 outputs, divided into 4 combinations of built-in I/O types. For expansion, 11 option modules starting at $33 are available for flexible system configurations with up to 142 I/O. All single-click CPUs support 8K steps of Flash EPROM programme memory and 8K words of data storage. Two 24 VDC power supply options. Outputs of 5a or 1.3a can be used to power the PLC. The space-saving design of the modular system requires no mounting base; up to one Click CPU module can be connected to the Click CPU module via an integrated expansion port on either side of the module, protected by locking tabs on the top and bottom of all modules. One port supports only the MODBUSRTU protocol and can be used as a programming port. This port can also connect the CPU to a MODBUSrtu network as a slave device. The second port is a general purpose port with user-configurable communication parameters and supports MODBUSRTU or ASCII protocols.
