GE 04220FL11232A introduces greater computing power and memory, which can be used to automate the entire machine from a single computer card. The new PLC can handle complex motion control applications with up to 64 axes, through online curve calculation, multi axis interpolation, and kinematic transformation. The multifunctional controller can be slotted into sewing electronic drivers or installed for independent machine operation. The plan was developed using independent information, education, and information systems 61131-3 in multiple language environments and PLC open compatibility functional blocks. According to the hardware requirements of different networks, there are three different versions available for use. The Ministry of Transportation can connect to Ethernet/IP, digital networks, profinet, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, MODBUS trade agreement/IP, and Ethernet UDP networks. The DIP switch is used to set the network type, address, and baud rate. Two CAN system bus interfaces, eight digital I/OS, and two serial interfaces are directly located on each control card. Among the three stackable rows, more T1HCPUs support up to 256 I/O points. The I/O configuration window performs complete automatic discovery of all I/O modules in the local drop-down menu, simplifying system configuration.
