Description
034STN1-01-300-RS Control Pulse Card Module
034STN1-01-300-RS allows companies to connect to a Microsoft SQL database to download recipes for automated production changes, or to upload production metrics for process monitoring and optimisation. TEM Manager is one of a number of connectivity solutions available through the software, including OEM engineering development kits, PLC on-vehicle modules, DIN rail gateways, server-based connectivity solutions and OPC solutions for general use. The Manager has connected 1756 controls from Logix PLCS to an SQL database. Now, the software has extended the connection to a SQL database from the 1769 Controls Logix PLC platform. The Manager is part of Rockwell Automation’s portfolio of rackmount connectivity modules. The embedded modules include OPC Server, OPCUA Server, OPCUUMDIS Server, Database and PLC Connectivity Solutions. Canary’s Process Historian is a full-featured time-series historian designed for ease of use and maintenance. The Canary solution provides an asset model and axioms, both software applications that support model building. Installation equipment data is used to construct a “digital twin” in the asset model, and AXOM allows the user to visualise the asset model. Throughout the process, anomalous asset activity can be monitored and tracked, and measured against defined limits. These events are then recorded in the Canary database for future analysis.
034STN1-01-300-RS meets the needs of the Asian and American markets, where Hitachi Japan is one of the strongest players in the world. Thanks to this new driver, users can now connect to Hitachi PLCEH (Compact) and EHV (Modular) PLC device services using the Ethernet interface on the PLCS or via an add-on module. By implementing the “Ethernet H-Protocol”, the MoVion driver enables the exchange of most of the CPU data areas of the EH-series and EH-series CPUs. The driver can be downloaded free of charge from the Progea website and is available to all registered Movcon community users. Allows a flexible router from HMS to EWAN to record process data from the Canary Corporate Historian without the need for programming. The FLEXY gateway extracts data from any supported PLC from abb, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Eaton etc. Canary’s Corporate Historian is configured to extract PLC data from FLEKY’s embedded OPC-UA server, and the data is automatically streamed directly from FLEKY to Canary’s Historian.
