The MVAA14B1AA0785C is an open architecture high performance multi-axis motion controller designed for applications requiring close synchronisation of up to 32 servo axes, I/O and auxiliary devices. The Emerald automation controller is powerful enough to perform all the control functions required in a production environment, eliminating the need for other control devices such as PLCs. Emerald motion control technology includes indexing, positioning, complex motion trajectories, high-speed registration, electronic actuation, electronic cams and programmable limit switching capabilities. Software: The Emerald Motion Language (EML), developed specifically for high-performance automation systems, and the Emerald Development Environment (ED) programming tool provide everything needed to produce high-quality applications for today’s advanced systems.
With up to three local I/O boards and remote I/OS bus communications, the MVAA14B1AA0785C provides users with a single point of control for a range of production cell functions, including peripheral production equipment such as grippers, feedbacks and auxiliary machines. Support for all major communication standards, including DEICENET, PRFIBUS, CANBOST and MOBUS, as well as wireless communication, makes the integrated controller suitable for virtually any factory site.
