Description

TRICONEX 4000098-510 Redundant Modules

TRICONEX 4000098-510  battery-free embedded Ethernet mini-market and web server functions. Thanks to MRAM memory, values can be stored permanently, eliminating the hassle and worry of losing dynamic and preloaded data. This makes them ideal for applications that require permanent retention of critical data. Embedded 10/100Mbps rj45 Ethernet ports and remote connections also allow for fast communication. These controllers support the MOBUS trade agreement while maintaining the ability to send up to 255 e-mails with dynamic data, and have easily configurable user web pages. They can also be configured to communicate simultaneously with WINDLDR software (i.e., Firefox/Sary Web Browser), WINSRVOPC software, the HG operator interface, and the MOBUS trade agreement. Up to 14 simultaneous connections can be established. The Embedded Ethernet Micro Market PCETA with MRAM is available in two CPU models with 12 I/O configurations (8 DC inputs and 4 transistorized receivers or source outputs), and is compatible with the current Winder LDR software. The module further enhances AutoSave’s reporting capabilities by allowing users to generate more than 70 unique reports from historical data stored in the AutoSave database.

The AutoSave Change Management solution protects, saves, restores, discovers and tracks changes to PLCS, HMIs, SCAD systems, robots and other industrial programmable devices and documents. All existing FC4A and FC4A expansion modules and accessories are compatible. Receive reports when you need them. Run reports manually as needed or on a specified schedule, including as part of a cluster sequence. Modules can filter data to access specific information. Search historical data by date range, specific region, program, customer, agent, bridge, wire, device, family, class, user, comparison group, and more. Receive detailed information to help you identify problem areas and improve processes. Quickly view important program statistics for an area or an entire system. Validate your quality assurance process. Create audit reports to help verify that quality control processes are in place and being followed. Identify areas of risk in your system. Reports reveal issues such as discrepancies between programs and projects that are not in the planned comparison group so that problems can be quickly resolved.
