There is no need to waste time and space connecting an external current transformer or installing a heat sink.The RJCS has an extremely high current surge capability (IVUT = 18,000 AVS) and can be used with low-cost automatic fuses.Typical applications for the RJCS relay are in the plastics production, packaging and food industries. Consistent temperature control is critical in plastics and rubber machinery. The RJCS continuously monitors and ensures that all switching heaters are operating at 100%. Packaging equipment with defective heaters, shrink tunnels and glue seals can quickly result in a large number of defective packages. When heater current drops by more than 13% from set point, the RJCS will immediately raise an alarm. In the processing of food and beverages, improper heating can damage food. The remote control feature of the RJCS provides complete flexibility to change installations and perform on-line monitoring from a remote HMI.The EMERSON A6220 is manufactured using simple pins, and its structure allows for faster assembly and installation, allowing users to insert the driver in seconds. Its miniature size and weight (67x43x20mm, 27 grams) allow it to be placed inside the machine or near the motor. The driver controls brushless, DC, linear, or stepper motors, with a maximum of 180 watts (36 volts, 5a) continuous and 600 watts (36 volts, 16A) peak power.

The hardware structure is based on a cost optimized design that integrates all basic motor control functions into one module. A series of I/O signals, whether digital or analog, can be easily interfaced with application programs. Incremental encoder, digital and linear halls are merged by default. This driver is fully programmable and compatible with the Easy Sports Studio software and technical software (TML). A complete set of advanced TML instructions allows users to define and initiate complex motion sequences through PC/PLC (using appropriate motion libraries), or execute pre stored action sequences selected from I/O lines in an independent mode.The EMERSON A6220 mobile sequence can be directly programmed onto the driver, while the system control functions are processed by the monitoring PC or PLC. Sports modes such as contour, contour, transmission, electronic cameras or PVT are easy to execute in independent or multi axis configurations. The PC/PLC motion library can be used for rapid industrial integration of drives. The launch package helps users evaluate drives and develop their specific projects.
