Description

350022M 138607-01 Manager Module

The on-axis power module uses the same field-proven technology found in the SELL protective relay and supports the entire node. In critical situations where two input power sources are available, dual power modules are installed on each node so that the axis can control the desired process in the event of a power failure. All I/O points are updated every millisecond, even when the nodes on the axis are distributed using the available fibre-optic Ethernet connection. All markers in the system can be recorded as a system-wide event sequence report. Engineers can combine the axes with SEL icon communication networks when they need to separate nodes over large distances without loss of determinism. The axis has a full ic61131 logic processor, secure communications, advanced data concentration, local and remote I/O, and protocol conversion between multiple built-in client/server protocols. The stand-alone Information Systems 61131 engine provides a means for engineers to run custom control logic at two different speeds.

It is the only controller or compression controller that can be plugged into a PLC chassis to enable direct and secure transactions between the PLC and the cloud – no servers, no coding, no protocol translation. Software and aws can provide the latest version of T-Manager, which connects directly to the awsiot core, streamlining processes and connecting the plant floor to analytics, dashboards and business results. Once connected to the awsiot core, you can use awsiot sites to model your physical assets, processes and facilities, quickly calculate common industrial performance metrics, and create fully managed web applications to help analyse industrial equipment data, reduce costs and make faster decisions.

By operating online, you can focus on understanding and optimising your business rather than building expensive in-house data collection and management applications.” How do you connect the cloud all the way down to the factory floor to enable business analytics to monitor metrics and improve processes?” asks Dean Horn, director of marketing for the software company.” It’s a fundamental architectural decision. Get it wrong, and suddenly you have security challenges; when a simple network failure occurs, it can cost you downtime; and when it’s time to scale up, those early, foundational decisions become limiting factors. t manager has been providing Rockwell with connectors for more than 10 years, and it solves those problems, which is why it’s the aws choice! s platform for connecting Rockwell PLCS.”
