The single box solution reduces wiring complexity, panel space requirements and programming effort.The SML-SA uses the same development and commissioning tools as the entire SMLC product line. These tools provide seamless scalability from 1 to 16 axes. The code IDE and runtime engine are robust, full-featured tools with extensive diagnostic capabilities. Servo Line Pro is an easy-to-use, integrated configuration, tuning, diagnostic and maintenance toolkit to assist in drive commissioning. Open standard motion control function blocks coupled with powerful ORMEC extensions reduce software development costs and bring new levels of motion performance and machine control to single axis applications.

The RMP201-8 provides instant touch response, fast screen refresh and high-speed data sampling several times faster. Significant advances in high-resolution, gridless analogue resistive touchscreen technology, enhanced screen viewing angles and high-end display quality make the AA3000 the standard for today’s brighter, clearer, crisper operator interfaces. It is the first RoHS-compliant product to meet the new mandatory lead-free directive from Europe, a critical requirement for OEMs shipping overseas. These units include standard UL, CLI Type II, and CE certifications. Standard interfaces for most of the units include USB, RS232, RS422, RS485, Siemens Direct MPI serial interface, Compact Flash port, and 10/100 Ethernet.

RMP201-8 Connecting various types and brands of PLCS is made easier by eliminating the need to program message commands between them.The CAM device features a browser-driven installation tool that automatically recognises all controller tags or registers. An interface in the utility can drag and drop tags or register data from one controller screen to another. The utility also validates tag/register transactions between controllers. The Kam High Performance Appliance Module is mounted on a Rockwell Automation Controller Logix Papp chassis and communicates with the following installed Allen Bradley PLCS: Compact Logix, SLC500, PLC-5, Micro Logix, and Fork Logix. It also communicates with other PLCS, including Siemens S7 and Schneider Modicon Quantum.
