The DS200TCPDG1BEC control and communication options make it flexible and functional from any “smart repeater” – 24K (virtual) ladder logic. Software features include interrupts, loops, maths, memory and comparison. Communication options include SMS text messaging, MODBUS networking and pc access via MODBUS or OPC. The Jazz PLC with temperature inputs is a great solution for any small machine that requires “smart” temperature control – RTC-based oven start-up, simple ramp and soak, simple multi-step programming and more. It’s also perfect for simple pressure cookers, rotary tables, home automation and other small to medium sized systems where every penny counts.

The DS200TCPDG1BEC offers instant touch response, fast screen refresh and high-speed data sampling several times faster. Significant advances in high-resolution, gridless analogue resistive touchscreen technology, enhanced screen viewing angles and high-end display quality make the AA3000 today’s standard for brighter, clearer, crisper operator interfaces. It is the first RoHS-compliant product to meet the new mandatory lead-free directive from Europe, a critical requirement for OEMs shipping overseas. These units include standard UL, CLI Type II, and CE certifications. Standard interfaces on most units include USB, RS232, RS422, RS485, Siemens Direct MPI serial interface, compact flash port, and 10/100 Ethernet.

DS200TCPDG1BEC Simplifies installation, improves the reliability of natural gas measurements, and eliminates the need for third-party fabrication of wiring harnesses or the need to fabricate your own. The module combines measurement and control in one device, reducing equipment costs.
