The ALSTOM PIB310 3BHB0190 has an additional Gigabit Ethernet interface for diagnostics and services.The ALSTOM PIB310 3BHB0190 can be connected to cloud applications. The additional Gigabit Ethernet interface transfers data at a rate of 1 Gbps. Images recorded in the application at very high read rates can be transferred to an IT server and archived. If the interface is not used for diagnostics, a PC can be connected directly to perform service and maintenance work via a web browser. The additional Gigabit Ethernet interface also facilitates network separation.

The ALSTOM PIB310 3BHB019 prevents the two data streams (from the camera to the controller and from the camera to the server) from interacting with each other, thus generating interference-free communication. With the introduction of the ALSTOM PIB310 3BHB0190, additional EFOUS lenses with different focal lengths and additional light colours and designs are available. This expands the range of possible applications. The electronic focusing lens makes the “electronic focusing” function available to optical readers. The controllable built-in ring light allows the reader to automatically adapt to product and environmental conditions, such as different directions of incidence. A range of accessories allows the device to automatically adapt to changing production conditions.
