These existing services provide the framework for expanding Process Solutions into robot-based automation.

The services and offerings of Process Solutions will include GE IC693CPU350-BC and corresponding operator control systems. Process Solutions will also provide all mechanical design and layout in co-operation with partner companies. In some cases, systems will be assembled at Process Solutions’ Stanwood headquarters, while larger systems will be manufactured off-site at partner facilities.

While designing and building the overall control system, Process Solutions will also provide other services, such as robot arrival analyses, to determine that each robot has the necessary mobility to reach its intended target. GE IC693CPU350-BC will also provide SCAD software packages that can be used to integrate integration, data analysis and interfaces to enterprise software systems, as well as end effect design, PLC and HMI programming, vision systems and control panels using standard industrial control technologies.
