Fault symptom: No display, black screen
Fault analysis: The IGBT module was measured to be normal. After disassembling the machine, it was found that there were obvious signs of black explosion in the power circuit, indicating that the switch power supply had been burned out. The measurement switch K1317 is damaged, the Z1 diode IN4746 is open, the protection resistors R1, R8, 1R/1/2W are open, and the LED light is also blown out. Only UC3844 is normal.
Fault cause: Due to device aging.
Fault handling: Replace MOS tubes K1317, R1, R81R/1/2W, diode IN4746, and restore the frequency converter to operation.
