The fully digital DC servo driver adopts advanced technologies such as dedicated motion control DSP and efficient MOSFET. The control command signal is compatible with the stepper driver, and users can upgrade the stepper driver they use to a fully digital DC servo drive without changing the controller. The low-power motion control system composed of DCS810 achieves or even surpasses digital AC servo systems in terms of speed, accuracy, noise, and low-speed stability, while the system cost is much lower than AC servo systems.
Its compact size, convenient installation, high reliability, and simple debugging. Users can easily adjust and save system parameters through the Rexay Pro Tuner debugging software, text display, or STU servo debugger.

 All digital design, without the need for parameter debugging through potentiometers, all parameter configurations are completed through the professional debugging software Pro Tuner, text display, or STU servo debugger of Leisai;
 Graphical parameter and debugging software, allowing users to easily debug system parameters through the Leisai Pro Tuner;
 Adopting advanced DC servo DSP dedicated control algorithm;
 Capable of driving permanent magnet DC motors ranging from 20W to 400W;
 Positioning accuracy 1ppr; Adjustable electronic gear (numerator and denominator are 1-255 respectively);
 Position control mode, using pulse+direction or CW/CCW dual pulse control commands;
 High reliability and strong anti-interference, using optocoupler isolation and differential input technology;
 Built in trapezoidal wave and position step test mode;
 The built-in EEPROM can store various system parameters and fault codes;
 Realize communication between Pro Tuner debugging software, text display, or STU servo debugger and driver through RS232 communication interface.
