The DIVICE block is a type of multi input multi output point that provides an operation control panel for discrete devices such as motors, pumps, and on/off valves. The states of the two DC points used, S0 being the stopped state and S1 being the running state, are connected to two outputs and two inputs. The output start signal (S1) of 12A01 is DO point 12A01T, and the output stop signal (S0) is DO point 12A01P; The feedback input signal DI points are 12A01I and 12A01F, both of which are 1, indicating that 12A01 is running. When 12A01I is 0 and 12A01P is 1, it indicates that it has stopped.
The allowable condition for starting 12A01 is that PI (1) is 1, which means that all three conditions are met: the liquid level gauge is not low, the oil pressure is not low, and the oil pump has been started. When the liquid level is low, 12A01- ANDA.OUT is 1, causing 12A01P action to stop 12A01.
