The SIS system provided by Honeywell is another major feature of this project. The configuration principles of the SIS system are summarized as follows:
1) The SIS system adopts the latest SM controller from HONEYWELL company. SM adopts 2004D configuration: redundant central controller, redundant I/O, according to DIN19250 standard, SM-2004D configuration meets TUV AK6 level and IEC 61508 SIL3 level safety certification.
2) The SIS system of each production device is configured as an independent and complete system. And for devices with multiple series (such as gasification devices with 7 gasifiers), it is required that each series be equipped with an independent controller.
3) The SIS system seamlessly integrates with the DCS system through redundant communication cards and FTE network. The operation interface of the SIS system adopts the DCS system’s operation station, and the human-machine interface software of the operation station has the SIS system SOE acquisition function.
